Business purchasers

This publication is sold for business use. By purchasing, you confirm that you are doing so in the course of your trade or profession, and not as a consumer.

Purchase

• Price: as displayed at checkout (GBP/EUR/USD).
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe.
• On successful payment, BWCS will deliver the book to the email address provided at checkout.
• Delivery is electronic (PDF). No physical product is shipped.

Licence

Your purchase grants a licence for up to 5 named individuals within your organisation to access and use this publication. This licence does not permit sharing with, or access by, individuals outside your organisation. Forwarding, reproducing, or reselling the publication to third parties is prohibited.

Each copy is marked with the name of the purchaser and their organisation. If you require access for more than 5 individuals, please contact contact@bwcs.com to discuss a multi-copy arrangement.

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of this product, we do not offer refunds once the book has been delivered. By completing your purchase you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose any right to cancel once the file has been delivered.

If you have not received your book within 5 business days of purchase, contact contact@bwcs.com and we will re-deliver it at no charge.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits BWCS Ltd's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence. Subject to that, BWCS Ltd's liability to you in connection with your purchase is limited to the purchase price paid.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
